App & PWA Guide

Nine Casino does not require you to download a native app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Instead, the casino offers a mobile-optimized website and a progressive web app (PWA). This means you can access the casino directly from your smartphone or tablet browser, and you can even add the site to your home screen for quick access, just like an app.

To use the PWA, open the mobile site in your browser (e.g., Chrome or Safari), tap the share icon, and select "Add to Home Screen." This creates an icon on your device, and the casino will open in full-screen mode without browser tabs. The PWA supports notifications, so you can receive bonus alerts and game updates.

The mobile experience is smooth, with fast loading times and a responsive layout. All games, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, are available on mobile. You can also make deposits and withdrawals, and contact customer support, all from your mobile device.

Bonus & Promotions

The 250 free spins bonus is typically offered to new players after their first deposit. The free spins are often credited in batches, for example, 50 spins per day for five days, or all at once, depending on the promotion. The spins are usually valid on a specific slot game, such as a popular title like Book of Dead or Starburst.

To make the most of this bonus, you must understand the wagering requirement. Usually, winnings from free spins carry a wagering requirement, meaning you must play through the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw. For example, if the wagering requirement is 40x and you win 20 € from your free spins, you must wager 40 × 20 € = 800 € before you can cash out.

Here is a worked example for Nine Casino ch:

Assume you receive 250 free spins, and each spin has a value of 0.10 €. That gives you a total bonus value of 250 × 0.10 € = 25 €. If you win 20 € from those spins, and the wagering requirement is 40x, you must play through 40 × 20 € = 800 €. If the game you used the free spins on contributes 100% to wagering, every 1 € bet counts fully. If it contributes only 20%, you would need to bet 800 € / 0.20 = 4,000 €. So always check the contribution percentages in the terms.

Important: Always read the full bonus terms to avoid surprises. Look for the maximum bet limit, which games count toward wagering, and the validity period.

Other promotions may include deposit matches, reload bonuses, and cashback offers. These change regularly, so check the promo page on the site.

Pro Tips

Choose your games wisely. Slots with a high RTP (return to player) percentage give you a better chance of winning in the long run. Look for slots with an RTP of 96% or higher, such as Blood Suckers (98%), Starmania (97.87%), or 1429 Uncharted Seas (98.6%). Table games like blackjack and video poker often have even higher RTPs, sometimes over 99%, but they may not count fully toward wagering requirements. Avoid games with a low RTP, such as many progressive jackpot slots, which often have RTPs below 90%. Also, be cautious with games like keno or scratch cards, as they may contribute little or nothing to wagering.

Players Ask

How long do I have to use the 250 free spins?

The free spins are usually valid for a limited time, often 24 to 72 hours after activation. Check your account or the bonus terms to see the exact expiration date. If you do not use them in time, they may be removed.

Can I withdraw winnings from the free spins immediately?

No, you must meet the wagering requirements first. The winnings are converted to bonus money and are subject to the wagering requirement. Once you have fulfilled the requirement, the funds become withdrawable.

Is there a maximum win from the free spins?

Yes, many casinos set a maximum win limit on free spins. This could be, for example, 50 € or 100 €. Any winnings above that amount may be forfeited. Always check the terms to see if there is a cap.

Do I need to make a deposit to get the free spins?

Usually, yes. The 250 free spins are often part of a welcome package that requires a minimum first deposit. Sometimes there is a no-deposit alternative, but that is rare and often comes with stricter conditions. Read the offer details.
