
As Linhas Aéreas de Moçambique (LAM) anunciaram, na quinta-feira, 15 de Janeiro, a implementação de uma nova estrutura tarifária, uma iniciativa estratégica que visa reforçar a mobilidade interna em Moçambique e impulsionar o turismo nacional.
Segundo informação divulgada nas redes sociais oficiais da LAM, a nova abordagem oferece ao passageiro uma nova forma de viajar, permitindo escolher a tarifa de acordo com as suas necessidades e pagar apenas pelos serviços realmente utilizados. Esta mudança segue práticas já adoptadas por companhias aéreas internacionais e aproxima Moçambique dos padrões globais de aviação comercial.
As novas tarifas estão disponíveis a partir de 7.305 meticais (ida) e incluem quatro opções: Lite, Basic, Semi Flex e Flex, todas detalhadas na página de tarifas da LAM. Cada opção apresenta benefícios distintos, como franquia de bagagem, remarcação, reembolso e validade do bilhete, permitindo maior controlo do orçamento por parte do passageiro.
A tarifa Lite, por exemplo, é indicada para passageiros que viajam apenas com bagagem de mão e que planeiam a viagem com antecedência mínima de 15 dias, sendo exclusiva para compra através do site oficial da LAM.
Esta nova estrutura tarifária poderá ter um impacto significativo na dinamização da mobilidade aérea interna, facilitando a deslocação de artistas moçambicanos, produtores culturais, promotores de eventos e operadores turísticos entre as várias províncias do país.
No sector do turismo, a medida incentiva o turismo doméstico e promove a descoberta de destinos nacionais como a Ilha de Moçambique, o Arquipélago de Bazaruto e outros locais de elevado valor histórico, cultural e natural, fortalecendo a economia local e a circulação de visitantes internos.
